2009 Mini Reunion - San Diego

September (8-11), 2009, Gil Miller, Bob Flood, and Nick Salaki enjoyed a "Becuna Mini-Reunion" in San Diego.

Our very enjoyable get-to-gether was in conjunction with the 46th Congress of the International Submariners Association-United States of America (ISA-USA). This was the first time the annual International Submariners Congress convened in the United States, so it was quite a historic event. Gil, Bob, and Nick are all members of the ISA-USA. Gil serves as the Recorder (recording secretary) for the ISA-USA.

Submariners from 19 different countries attended the event, which was held in tandem with the USSVI National Convention. Note: At the 2008 Becuna Reunion in Philadelphia, I invited all crew and their spouses to join the ISA-USA and attend the San Diego event.
